KPA Complaints 

Complaints to the KPA are dealt with in accordance with Article 16 of our constitution. This can be found here:

Here at the KPA, we endeavor to keep our members happy, satisfied and well looked after! 
However, if you are unhappy with our services to you, or are having problems with a member of the committee, please direct your complaints to the following email:




Your email will be picked up by our student and external trustee, and dealt with both confidentially and sensitively. 

If you have submitted a complaint to us via email but are not happy with the response you have been given, you have the right to direct your complaint about the KPA to the University.
