KPA Annual General Meeting 2022
As part of our democratic processes as a student union and small charity, we are required to hold general meetings to encourage students to submit motions on policy that they might want us to undertake, hold our paid officers accountable and review our financial accounts.
Our next Annual General Meeting is being held on THURSDAY 26TH MAY 2022.
The KPA will be holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday 26th May. This will be held in-person (location tbc) and hosted online via Microsoft Teams from 5.30pm.
An Agenda and further instructions on how to join the meeting will be circulated to members in due course.
As part of the process of holding an AGM, we ask that our members review our Annual Report and Accounts and to confirm whether they are true record. This is so that we can submit our annual report and accounts to the Charity Commission. We will be asking members to accept the accounts during the AGM. If you would like to submit a motion, please carefully read our Motion guidance document, and complete the included template, then submit it via email to firstname.lastname@example.org by 5pm Friday 6th May.
