


General Meetings
Annual General Meeting - Thursday 18th May 2023.(5.30pm, venue for the meeting will be confirmed in due course)
As part of our democratic processes as a student union and small charity, we are required to hold general meetings to encourage students to submit motions on policy that they might want us to undertake, hold our paid officers accountable and review our financial accounts.
The Annual General Meeting is your opportunity to come and find out what the KPA is doing, ask questions of your elected Officers, and propose any Motions on issues that you think the Officers should be working on.
If you have any Motions you would like to submit, complete the Motions form, which will be circulated via your email accounts and submit it to the KPA Association Secretary at kpa.secretary@keele.ac.uk by by Wednesday 10th May at the latest.

The Annual General Meeting is also your opportunity to consider the KPA's annual Accounts and Annual Report. You can find the 2021-22 Accounts here
We will be asking you to accept the accounts at the AGM. They have already been approved by the KPA Trustees.
