After contacting First Buses, we are able to provide you with an update on the situation regarding refunds for unused tickets.


Please follow the below link provided to contact first buses, who are dealing with refunds on a case by case basis, based on the time left before the tickets/pass expiry date.

If you had encountered an issue before with refunds, this is possibly due to the fact that First Buses have set a very recent policy on refunds in light of COVID-19.
